Position Summary
The 10-week, paid internship program is an opportunity to help drive technological innovation and operational excellence within our rapidly expanding wealth management firm. As a key contributor to our strategic initiatives, you'll collaborate closely with our technology team to align cross-functional stakeholders and execute complex change initiatives that generate organization-wide efficiencies and scale benefits. This role offers unparalleled exposure to a diverse technology platform comprised of industry leaders in financial services. You will develop a multi-faceted skill set as you learn from experts in finance, technology, M&A, cybersecurity, and management consulting.
This role is based in New York, NY.

Primary Responsibilities
· Assist in gathering financial, technological, and operational data into structured repositories
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancements
· Produce business intelligence dashboards that provide actionable insights and monitor KPIs
· Draft presentations that distill data into a strategic narrative
· Capture takeaways, notes, and deadlines from meetings to ensure alignment
· Assist in organizing core business planning and operating cadences; develop internal procedures to guide multidisciplinary teams
· Assist in mapping current processes and identifying gaps and areas for consolidation
· Translate business needs into workflows across common systems, functional teams, and business entities
· Support data integration and automation across the financial technology platform and other business systems
Qualifications
· Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating between Winter 2025 – Summer 2026
· Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
· Demonstrated track record of academic success and/or professional pursuits
· High degree of personal and professional maturity
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Intellectual curiosity and confidence to take initiative
· Exceptional work ethic and a deep sense of accountability
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
· Interest in wealth management

The base pay for this role is $20/hour.
