Job Description:

The Distribution Specialist supports Operations and Transportation in the UPS Mail Innovations (MI) Regional Processing Facility. He/She monitors and coordinates warehouse operations to ensure timely departure of trucks for deliveries and pickups. This position assists customers with requests for delivery information and supplies and provides management with data on financial and operational performance. He/She provides guidance to outsourced labor employees including drivers.
