Roles and Responsibilities
Ensures that the appropriate processes are adequately documented and followed across all systems.
Converts data received from the data suppliers into IQVIA standard format as per instructions.
Received sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files are processed using the relevant IQVIA applications and procedures to produce the relevant coding for the period.
Oversees all quality assurance testing and ensures that all testing is carried out prior to deliverable dispatch.
Responsible for timely completion of all QC-related production tasks including the off-cycle reports and other relevant tasks.
Conducts various checks to capture any data anomaly prior to the release of client deliverables.
Maintains the data quality by analyzing various reports that generate transactions which have potential issues.
Performs data checks by analyzing results and trends.
Provides impact analysis of identified data corrections.
Understands and can effectively communicate routine database processes.
Serves as subject resource on relevant production area, answering queries.
Reviews problems arising during the process and ensures successful resolution.
Communicates actively with other departments/ functions to inform of task status or to resolve problems.
Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using the established call escalation procedures.
May provide input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation.
Contributes on identifying process improvement opportunities.
Perform functions as directed by the Manager.
