Who we are looking for:
- Who is a motivated strategic problem solver with a proven track record of working within a sophisticated and sometimes ambiguous environment to create bold visions and successful strategic frameworks informed by data insight
- Who has expertise in loyalty territory and consumer engagement.
- Who is adaptive to ambiguity, passionate about consumer engagement, and proactive to drive conversations and collaboration
What you will lead:
- Land GC Nike Membership priorities from both short-term and long-term views to to drive business wins and member LTV.
- Lead 365 Loyalty program GTM.
- Lead Seasonal member experience and campaign planning within Nike organization to accelerate x-functional partnership.
- Identify innovation or new capability needed to elevate member experience.
- Drive learning & Insight to make decision and take action on optimization.
Who you’re going to work with:
- GC Membership team and global membership teams
- Nike teams including Stores, Digital Platforms, Marketing, member science, Technology, legal, supply chain, Finance..etc.
- External vendors
What you bring:
- 8 or more years of working experiences in membership and loyalty territory; corporate experience a plus
- Strong team Leadership experience
- Well versed in leading and orchestrating multiple complex projects with multiple internal and external parties
- Strong collaboration mindset in matrix organization
- A down-to-earth and solution-oriented character. Able to be hands-on whenever necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese
- Exposure to loyalty / Digital Marketing/Consumer Engagement is an advantage
