Wij zijn op zoek naar een Maintenance Activity Coordinator om ons team te komen versterken in Terneuzen, Nederland!

De Maintenance Activity Coordinator (MAC) zorgt voor optimale afstemming tussen maintenance en de business met betrekking tot het budget en de doelstellingen. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat binnen het team de werkprocessen wordt nageleefd en de meest effectieve technologie (MET) wordt toegepast.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Implementeert, optimaliseert en zorgt voor compliance van de relevante werkprocessen binnen de afdeling.
• Onderhoudt contacten met MPT voor niet routinematige werkzaamheden.
• Voorziet de niet routinematige werkzaamheden van de juiste scopes en prioriteit.
• Draagt kennis uit in het team en fungeert als vraagbaak.
• Neemt duidelijk de verantwoordelijkheid en het initiatief voor het invoeren en toepassen van het GMWP inclusief relevante metingen (KPI's) om continue verbetering te waarborgen.
• Levert de kennis die noodzakelijk is voor het implementeren van het werkproces en coacht de teamleden in het toepassen daarvan.
• Is een actief lid van de diverse teams binnen de afdeling.
• Onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers voor niet routinematige werkzaamheden en zorgt voor de interne coördinatie.
• Faciliteert snelle implementatie van de "meest effectieve technologie".
• Meet de efficiëntie van het werkproces en zorgt voor aanpassingen (m.b.v MOC) als verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.
• Volgt de resultaten van de teams m.b.t. de doelen en coacht de teams waar nodig.
• Zorgt ervoor dat de compliance zaken voor de verschillende afdelingen gepland uitgevoerd kunnen worden.

Kwalificaties

• Minimaal een technisch MBO 4 diploma inclusief enkele jaren ervaring in een onderhoudsomgeving (onderhoud op verschillende plants of verschillende TA’s gedaan).
• Vloeiend in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
• Kennis en ervaring is nodig op het gebied van: GMWP, SAP, RCA proces toepassing, maintenance procedures, Minimum Cost of Ownership Guidelines, het Unit Rate werkproces, VWV, schriftelijk rapporteren en het elektronisch logboek.
