Job Description

Our company’s Business Insights and Activation group within the HHDDA Asia Pacific organization is seeking an intern to assist with a combination of projects, creating measurable business impact. The role offers an opportunity to lead and understand how a multi-market team functions and help in planning and executing for H2 2025, across different aspects of digital, data, and consumer activation initiatives

Examples of projects that the intern could work on include:

• A project that will enable a consistent, systematic, and aligned (between market & region) view of market performance which will enable the market and the region to focus on the business insights and determine follow-up actions
• A project that will enable the region and the markets to assess their go to market fitness and highlight opportunities for improvement in a consistent, systematic, and a standardized basis
• A project that will enable markets to understand and prioritize the opportunities of different pipeline products that are planned to be launched in the AP markets

Required Experience and Skills:

• Data-driven, has a critical thinking mindset, is curious by nature and has a proactive can-do attitude
• Solid analytics and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively
• Excellent ability to drill down to understand details, synthesize, and communicate succinctly to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiences
• Innovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-taking
• Bachelors or Equivalent

Preferred Experience and Skills (not mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of data visualization software such as Power BI / Qlik / Spotfire or other BI technologies; Basic knowledge of forecasting & market research concepts
