Who We're Looking for:

We're seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Microsoft EMEA HQ Marketing & Communications team. This role will be instrumental in driving communications excellence and providing strategic support to our EMEA HQ IMMs and SE&O GTM Leads.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute strategic communications initiatives across EMEA, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that drive engagement and support business priorities
  • Create and manage compelling content across various formats (newsletters, presentations, infographics) that effectively communicate strategic initiatives and business updates
  • Create and manage a robust Comms plan serving internal channels (SharePoint, Teams channels) and Solution Areas 
  • Own end-to-end newsletter production and distribution processes
  • Manage the EMEA Enablement calendar, including coordination of meetings, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions
  • Establish and maintain best practices for project documentation and workflows
  • Partner with senior leadership to craft and deliver high-impact communications

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in Communications/Marketing/Organizational Development within fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Highly curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in using digital communication platforms and tools, with knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and data to inform storytelling, drive decision-making, and influence leadership
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen with the capability to engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g. personal data protection and brand guidelines 
  • Strong collaboration/team player skills with talent to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English
