The job
The is a key role reporting to the Senior Security Incident Manager and is responsible for assisting with coordinating and managing Information security incidents from the initial detection through to response, containment and remediation lifecycle.
The role of a Security Incident Management Analyst is to assist in providing efficient incident response and remediation to minimize the impact of information security and cyber risks. The SIM Analyst will oversee cyber incident coordination through an extended community of global security professionals. They will assist with guidance and governance for incident response containment, eradication and remediation activities. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to make quick decisions in fast paced and complex environments. Other skills and knowledge may also be taken in account. The role also requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
