Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ) 

• Lead in trim engineering Japanese OEMs. trim prototyping, trim drawings / specifications release through TCPLM. 

• Coordinate with customer, supplier and Adient engineering design office to clarify design specifications. 

• Managing and controlling trim cover engineering product changes following Product Change Management System. 

• Lead team in trim cover appearance improvement for master seat approval and delivery 

     on time as well as seat design. 

• Coordinate and work align with Trim Engineer & JIT Engineer to ensure all issue related issue  design was closed. 

• Coordinate and works align with trim Trim Product Engineer, Seat Product Engineer, STS Engineer and 2D CAD to ensure trim engineering data release for production with proper quality and correctly. 

• Lead team and provide technical in problem solving and improve trim cover product to eliminate the  issue concern to trim cover design. 

• Coordinate communications and notification of trim cover product changes and development to relate. 

• Ensure product development align with Adient’s standard and follow BBP,CPP, DFAM, DKD.  

• Communicate with both customer (internal external Team skill assessment and gap closure according to trim cover product design. 

• Manage and arrange multitask/job prioritize and daily job monitoring to deliverable output on time. 

• Teach and coaching team member in trim cover design and problem solving.  

• Built up SMART team. Develop team/individual culture inclusiveness, open communication, positive attitude and sense of urgency. 

• Establish a seamless cohesive working relationship with peers and be able to work autonomously when required. 

• Team skill assessment and gap closure. 

• Maintain positive relationships with others.

• Lead 5S Trim development team. 

• Safety risk assessment champion for trim development area. And yearly evaluate and update. 

• Lead in equipment/machines preventive maintenance in trim development area.

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experienced in product development and launch program for automotive part. Seat trim cover is preferred.
• Experienced in product design development and validation. Understand DVPR FMEA, DFAM and EBOM.
• Able in 2&3D CAD software.
• Excellent skill in Computer Microsoft office.
• Excellent in English speaking, writing, and listening.
