About the Role & Team
At Disney Destinations International (DDI), we bring unforgettable Disney holidays to life for guests across the UK, Ireland and EMEA. As Senior Manager, Marketing, you will lead a talented team responsible for shaping creative, digital and CRM strategies that inspire audiences to choose Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris and Disney Cruise Line.
If selected for this role, you will report to the Director, Strategy & Marketing, DDI UK & EMEA.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with one day working from home.

What You Will Do
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in travel/tourism, FMCG or luxury marketing environments.
Strong experience across integrated marketing, including creative development and media planning/buying.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
Strong commercial, analytical and results-focused mindset.
Cultural sensitivity and strong understanding of EMEA markets.
Flexibility for occasional UK, European or international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris parks and resorts.
Professional proficiency in French.
Experience building and delivering fan/community engagement strategies.
