Join us as our new Regional Inside Sales Representative!

As a Regional Inside Sales Representative, you will work remotely with your regional team of account managers and direct Manager to support the growth of your region. Tasks include both internal and external support based on the needs of your team for optimal growth of our clients. Provide excellent communication and be customer service oriented.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Providing year over year bronze account growth

  • Qualifying leads

  • Providing Cadence management and follow up

  • Focused call efforts based on regional team needs

  • Handling post Microbiome Labs event follow up

  • Using and updating CRM to effectively manage and maintain key information on accounts and prospects.

  • Identifying reporting opportunities for regional support

  • Supporting with administrative tasks to support regional growth

  • Monitoring and analyzing customer’s usage of our product and develop strategies to increase market share.

  • Helping specific customers and prospects via the phone, email and online presentations.

  • Communicating with sales manager any needs and/or changes that will help support sales efforts.

  • Regularly meeting with your sales manager and regional teammates to learn strategic focuses.

  • Liaising with account managers to develop specific sales strategies


In this role, you will report directly to one of the regional Sales Managers.


To Succeed You Must Hold:

  • BS degree in Business or relevant field

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience

Location: Remote

Expected salary: $50,000 plus bonus
