As an IP Design Verification Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Intel's intellectual property (IP) designs. Working within a dynamic team, you will validate and verify IP components critical to Intel's innovative product portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on next-generation designs and methodologies, championing best practices in verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust verification environments using industry-standard methodologies.

• Create comprehensive test plans for IP validation, ensuring all design aspects are thoroughly evaluated.

• Execute simulation-based verification and debug issues to achieve functional correctness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design specifications and verification strategies.

• Enhance and maintain reusable test environments leveraging tools like OVM and UVM.

• Utilize System Verilog to develop test content and drive simulation coverage goals.

• Analyze and report verification metrics, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Stay updated with industry developments to bring innovative solutions to design verification challenges.

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, STEM or a related field.  

• 1+ years of experience in any of the following:

  • IP design verification with proficiency in System Verilog, OVM, and UVM methodologies

  • Expertise in hardware simulation and digital design fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience with IP validation tools and methodologies.

  • Experience developing and maintain IP test environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in the latest trends in IP design verification to drive innovation
