Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Python and utilizing your expertise in Packaged Application Development to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Python and other relevant technologies, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Packaged Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with relevant technologies in Packaged Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in leading application development projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including coding standards, best practices, and design patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python and Packaged Application Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
