The Box Office Ticket Seller provides excellent customer service while selling tickets for events at the convention center. This role includes assisting guests with ticket purchases, answering questions, and ensuring smooth box office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell tickets in person at the box office.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all guests.
• Assist customers with event information, seating options, and pricing.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shift.
• Print, distribute, and reissue tickets as needed.
• Follow all box office policies and procedures.
