Key Responsibilities

Remove Impediments: Actively eliminate blockers that prevent the team from achieving sprint goals.

Facilitate Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach the Team: Guide team members in self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile principles.

Support the Product Owner: Assist with backlog prioritization, user story definition, and overall product vision.

Protect the Team: Shield the team from external interruptions and scope creep during a sprint. 

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or project manager.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Agilist.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to foster collaboration.
  • Ability to manage conflict and improve team dynamics.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
