DFW Airport’s Aviation Strategy and Enterprise Analytics team seeks a data-driven Sr Pricing & Yield Management Manager who demonstrates agility and drives change. You would build dynamic strategies to stimulate demand for on-airport parking products and monitor customer satisfaction of DFW-originating travelers. Under general direction of the AVP Parking Yield Management, you will manage day to day development of DFW’s online parking product portfolio, build real-time and future demand forecasts, and monitor market share across all DFW Airport access methods. What you will be doing:

•     Drives innovative pricing strategies for DFW’s Prebooked Parking Online, optimizing revenue performance while balancing operational and customer satisfaction metrics; leverages dynamic yield management tools, performance dashboards, and advanced analytics.

•     Lead four direct reports, anticipating business needs, providing mentorship, and enabling professional growth opportunities.

•     Analyzes revenue trends, demand forecasts, booking curves, market share, and customer satisfaction at DFW Airport and in the industry to establish optimal pricing strategies

•     Incorporates pricing and yield management expertise pertaining price elasticity, modal market share, customer behavior, and more

•     Responsible for DFW’s Parking and Ground Transportation short, medium, and long-term revenue forecasts and budgeting

•     Responsible for devising booking, parking partnership and promotional pricing, as well as working with Communication & Marketing, Transportation Business Unit, Technology Services, Planning, and Finance to drive new revenue and increase customer loyalty and awareness of DFW Airport Parking assets.

•     Manages auditing of a variety of computer-generated and hand-written reports to account for all revenue processed and discounts provided via booking software, promotions and industry outreach programs.

•     Tracks, analyzes and assesses market changes in local off-airport parking facilities, Ground Transportation options and other customer options for accessing DFW Airport to ensure DFW Airport parking remains price and value competitive.

•     Projects a professional image to the airport, parking and travel professional industry through various associations and industry organizations.

•     Additional duties as needed to support business

What you need:

•     Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, economics, marketing, retail management or a related field.

•     Five (5) or more years of experience in the parking industry, travel industry, corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, product management, advanced analytics, operations research, or finance. Experience must include Three (3) or more years of experience in pricing, yield management, or revenue management.

•     Two (2) years supervisory experience.

•     Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

•     Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
