Job Title: Co-op, Supply Chain (On-site)

Position Overview:

Insulet is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student with a Supply Chain focus for a cooperative educational (Co-Op) position in our Acton, MA office. The Supply Chain Co-Op will provide the Supply Chain Planning Team with analytics & reporting that will improve data-driven decision making through implementation of automated reporting methods, data visualization techniques, and business intelligence tools. This is a 6-month Co-op, beginning in January and ending in June of 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute standard reports on inventory levels, production schedules, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in cleaning up and organizing historical supply chain data for better analysis

• Help develop and maintain training materials for new supply chain processes

• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc supply chain planning projects

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Supply Chain or related field

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, BI, or reporting tools and data visualization.

· An understanding of Supply Chain and Material Resource Planning (MRP) processes, including new process and system implementation

· SAP S/4 Hana

· Planning/ prioritizing

· Decision making and problem solving

· Written and verbal communication

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $31.25. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US.
