Position Highlights:

• Position: Phlebotomist II - per diem - hours variable
• Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $19.31 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Resource, per diem
• Hours: Monday-Friday, hours vary; week-ends and rotating holidays
• Required Travel: Yes

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems required.
• Certification in approved school of phlebotomy or equivalent preferred.
• Current CPR certification or must obtain within 6 months of employment.
• ASCP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• If responsible for collecting Nursing Homes, must possess a valid Illinois class “D” driver’s license and satisfy the annual Drivers Motor Vehicle verification review.
