Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.

As the Senior Manager, Information Security in our Dublin hub, you will serve as a foundational leader for our growing security presence in EMEA. This is a unique "hybrid" leadership role: while you will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers who report functionally into global workstreams, you are the primary driver of their professional growth, local culture, and operational excellence.

You will lead a high-impact team consisting of Security Engineers, TPMs, Vulnerability Management specialists, and Automation Engineers. Your mission is twofold: ensuring the seamless security integration of newly acquired subsidiaries and acting as a senior security liaison for our Dublin-based Cloud and Data Infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership & Mentorship: Drive career development, performance management, and motivation for a cross-functional Dublin team. You are responsible for the health, retention, and growth of local security talent.

  • M&A Security Integration: Lead the planning and execution of security integration for acquired companies. Oversee security reviews for subsidiaries across Europe and the US, ensuring they meet corporate risk standards.

  • Security Product Management & AI Innovation: Manage the internal product development of Information Security tools designed to solve Global Information Security (GIS) problems. Drive productivity by leveraging modern AI tools and LLMs to assist with compliance automation, evidence collection, and risk reporting.

  • Infrastructure Hardening & Governance: Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure Hardening standards and the deployment of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools (e.g., Wiz, Prisma Cloud) to maintain visibility across multi-cloud environments.

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Act as a regional stakeholder for IAM initiatives, ensuring robust SSO and MFA configurations are standard across all subsidiary integrations and internal platforms.

  • Matrix Management: Partner closely with US-based functional leads to align local execution with global strategy. While work direction often comes from global pillars, you ensure the Dublin team has the resources and local air cover to succeed.

  • Site Leadership: Serve as a senior Infosec representative in Dublin. Build strategic relationships with local Cloud and Data Infrastructure teams to ensure security is "baked in" to our growing platform.

Qualifications & Experience

Technical Excellence:

  • Security Architecture: Extensive experience in designing or reviewing secure architectures for large-scale distributed systems.

  • Cloud & Containers: Strong hands-on understanding of Kubernetes orchestration and security best practices within AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Tooling & Automation: Deep familiarity with CSPM platforms (e.g., Wiz), IAM frameworks, SSO/MFA deployment, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

  • AI Interest: Proven interest or experience in applying AI/ML to security operations or compliance automation to reduce manual toil.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Management: 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.

  • Security Product Management: Experience treating security services as a product—defining roadmaps for internal tools that solve GIS bottlenecks.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical engineers in Dublin and executive leadership in the US.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.

  • Cloud-specific professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty, CKA/CKS).
