About The Role:
The Trimble Connect team is looking for someone with passion for delivering optimal user experience with an interest in driving user growth and adoption. You will focus on building quality, efficient onboarding, and in-product learning experiences for end-users with a focus on getting them up and running quickly. You will support the automation of user migrations and help drive product adoption - growing the customer base and continually improving retention rates. This will also include leveraging in-product, email, and other pertinent communication channels to target messaging and measure success. In addition, as a Product Manager, you will work with the Platform team to impact our platform direction and growth.
The Connect team has members in NA, Europe, and India. As you would expect, you will be working closely with the team and also with numerous internal stakeholders including product managers, marketing and customer success across various geographies.
In this role, you will:
Understand and contribute to our team strategy and portfolio/product roadmaps.
Set the platform engineering teams up for success by collaborating closely in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories, and guiding them in effort estimation.
Collaborate with other product managers, engineering staff, UX designers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the roadmap for products and features.
Work closely with product management, product marketing, UX designers and other stakeholders to scope, plan, design, and launch in-app communications and user journeys.
Report to leadership on user adoption progress using our product analytics tooling.
Champion our in-app user engagement tool (Gainsight PX) and drive adoption and retention for existing and new SaaS product users.
What we are looking for:
Good high-level understanding of software product development, agile approaches, and product lifecycle
Passion for user experience, design, and problem-solving
Creative with the ability to explore and visualize ideas, workflows, and user experiences
Structured in approach with the ability to align and execute with cross-functional teams
Experience in decomposing large initiatives into smaller implementation tasks, prioritizing and executing effectively
Understanding of user personas, workflows, and journeys and their application in a product environment
Willingness to learn and build out in-app customer engagements and journeys (through guides, pop-ups, etc)
Comfortable with data including capture, analysis, and interpretation - delivering actionable insight to stakeholders
An exceptional, clear, and concise approach to communication in customer and internal scenarios
