职位概述：

本岗位隶属于 Contract Services 团队，主要负责合同全流程的协调与管理，包括合同请求审核、模板提供、内外部审批协调、签署跟进及归档管理。该岗位将与业务部门、供应商、法务及 Procurement 等多方 stakeholder 密切协作，确保合同流程高效、合规、可追溯，为业务的顺利开展提供有力支持。

岗位职责：

• 审核 user 提交的 Contract Request Form，判断协议类型，并协助发起内部审批流程
• 根据业务需求提供标准合同模板，确保使用合规版本
• 发起并协调合同 review 流程，对接供应商与内部 stakeholder 完成条款确认
• 跟进合同签署进度，确保合同及时完成签约
• 定期跟进线下签署情况，收集并归档合同电子版本

任职要求：

• 本科或以上学历，韩语专业优先
• 具备良好的英语及韩语沟通能力（韩语为必须条件）
• 有0-2年CS相关经验优先
• 熟悉基础办公软件（Excel、Outlook等），有ERP系统经验优先
• 工作细致认真，有责任心，具备良好的执行力
• 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识

加分项（Nice to have）：

• 具备合同管理、采购或法务支持相关实习或工作经验
• 熟悉合同审批流程或 contract lifecycle management 工具者优先
• 具备跨文化、跨团队沟通协调经验，能够适应快节奏工作环境
• 具备较强的流程意识与问题解决能力，注重细节与时效
