Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO!

The Supply Chain Single Point of Entry (SPOE) is an immersive 8-week training cohort where you will be trained to be at the forefront of optimizing demand and supply dynamics. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the continuous review and analysis of supply chain market needs, ensuring operations are seamless and efficient. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to support, prepare, and execute proprietary information agreements, while helping to shape and enhance our sourcing strategies. Upon completion of this cohort, you will be strategically placed into a role that aligns to your newly developed strengths.

Position Responsibilities – Entry Level 1:

  • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:

  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements

  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Exposure to Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Entry Level (1):  Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Associate Level (2): More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Experience handling unique problem solving and multi-tasking of urgent issues daily

Summary pay range:

Entry (1) $56,100 – $69,300

Associate (2)  $70,550 – $87,150

Security Clearance:
