Position Summary

We are looking for a new Supply Chain Operation Professional to join our Order Desk team!

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all kind of customer orders (Normal order, Special Order, Bundle Order, Free of Charge (FOC) Order, and Commercial Return Order) related to TC/TV product group or other product group per request. Interface between sales, SCM and SAP team.
• Ordering
  • receiving customer order from sales
  • input into the system
  • stock check
  • credit checking
  • interface between sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Eastern Europe Distribution Centre (EEDC) in managing customer requested Delivery date
  • backorders (orders could not be delivered in time)
• Claim process
• Key user SAP SD
• Credit notes issuing
• Pricing management for IM Division
• Cooperating with SCM and sales team, monitoring and reporting about weekly and monthly sales results and progress
• SAP- GERP power user,  other SAP tasks. Support to other OD members and divisions.
• Unlock EAN Codes
• Other tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience

• University degree, preferably in economics or business
• Several years in order processing, SCM  and demand planning or return of material management, sales support
• Experience in highly diversified or international companies

Knowledge

• Upper-intermediate command of English
• Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
