We are seeking a passionate and driven Workplace Manager (aka Office Manager) to help create and deliver a one-of-a-kind work experience in our Atlanta “swamp”. As the Workplace Manager, you will play an important role in creating a productive, safe, and joyful swamp experience for our “frogs”. This role is in our Atlanta Swamp and requires on-site presence 5 days a week.

As a Workplace Manager in JFrog you will...

• Oversee all day-to-day swamp operations—janitorial, catering/meal programs, supplies, and front-desk coordination—to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
• Manage all vendor relationships and service schedules (janitorial, security, catering, maintenance) to maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational workplace.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for escalations, space issues, conference room readiness, and daily employee support.
• Design and deliver intentional events and a vibrant “swamp life” that reinforces culture, builds community, and deepens belonging.
• Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment while managing the swamp budget with disciplined financial organization and resource stewardship.
• Lead the Atlanta Operations team with a customer-happiness mindset, building strong relationships and fostering teamwork, trust, and collaborative problem-solving.

To be a Workplace Manager in JFrog you need...

• Proven 5-year experience in office management or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Successful trackrecord in Event Management 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors.
• Proven experience and a creative outlook for workplace experience and event planning.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including G-Suite, other Google tools, Slack, and ticketing systems.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $100,000 to $120,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
