nteract with product development teams and customers for Managed NAND products including communication and change management. Manage programs that consist of multiple complex projects to achieve specific business goals and objectives while ensuring balance in allocation of resources. Assure accurate design and tracking of programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success. Responsible for resolution of all issues related to the sustaining products. Provide metrics and reporting as applicable to products. Manage Program Teams and Stakeholders. Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations. Collect and document stakeholder requirements. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts. Communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders. Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders. Oversee Program Governance. Develop program scope definition and approval. Set metrics and targets. Manage program definition and approval. Initiate and Plan Programs. Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders. Define alignment of programs to BU strategic objectives. Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel execute, monitor, control and close Programs. Identify and manage program dependencies. Track program milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Manage changes in program scope. Identify potential crises, and develop and execute resolution plans. Facilitate programs to sustaining mode or close out programs. Manage and Develop the Team. Coach and provide career development. Identify strengths and create specific development plans to improve cross-functional skills. Establish goals and conduct performance appraisals. Provide recognition and drive accountability. Develop project management skills within the team. Position requires up to 25% both domestic and international travel.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a MNAND Technical Product Manager-related occupation.
