Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Basic English language communications required. 

  • Excellent customer service skills. 

  • Basic computer skills; HotSoS, ALICE, OPERA, MS Outlook preferred. 

  • Valid Florida Driver License required.

  • Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership and assistance to Guest Services team members. 

  • Operates the dispatch desk, keeping all records neat and organized. 

  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds.

  • Expedites and monitors lobby activities to ensure efficient arrival, rooming, and departure of Hotel guests.

  • Coordinates and oversees timely and professional luggage assistance and storage.

  • Other duties as assigned.
