Job Description: Site Digital Technology Leader - IT - Band 2

The Site Digital Technology Leader - IT - Band 2 is responsible for defining and delivering the site digital master plan in line with site compelling business needs. This role involves leading a multi-functional digital team at the site and partnering with GBS service lines to deliver the site operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results.

Key Responsibilities:            

  • Lead all aspects of IT operations within the site, including governance and operational excellence.     
  • Act as an active member of the site leadership team and lead regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders.        
  • Drive digital innovation and lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the OU.        
  • Anticipate and communicate future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines.        
  • Manage the IT budget at the site.  

Qualifications:      

  • Demonstrates depth of applied IT skills across at least two IT job profiles, applying Integrated Risk Management, IT Operations, IT Project Management, and Enterprise Architecture skills relevant to the work.
  • Requires at least two relevant roles and experience managing or influencing people or organizations to achieve significant IT outcomes      
  • Defines strategy and leads the delivery and transformation of business outcomes through IT within major sub-OU services, products, or programs.
  • Actively participates in developing others in the function, with completion of Leadership Strength Assessment (LSA) and a sustainable career journey ahead.
