What You'll Do


·    Create and edit high-quality video content and motion graphics for brand campaigns, social media, digital marketing, internal communications, events, and partner-facing materials

·    Transform raw footage, interviews, screen recordings, and design assets into polished final deliverables that are visually engaging and strategically aligned

·    Collaborate with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to develop concepts that reflect Annexus brand standards and business objectives

·    Produce animations, titles, transitions, explainer visuals, and other motion elements that elevate storytelling and improve audience engagement

·    Help maintain consistency across all visual content, ensuring every asset aligns with Annexus brand guidelines and quality standards

·    Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities

·    Organize project files, footage, templates, and creative assets to support an efficient production workflow

·    Stay current on video, motion, and digital content trends and bring fresh ideas that help Annexus stand out


What You Bring


Technical Skills

·    Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro

·    Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related Adobe Creative Cloud tools

·    Experience with tools such as Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms is a plus

·    Solid understanding of editing workflows, color correction, sound syncing, export settings, and video compression best practices

·    Knowledge of data visualization principles and the ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content are desired

Creative Skills

·    Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging content

·    A solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, pacing, and color

·    Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, polished, on-brand work

Professional Skills

·    Ability to manage deadlines and perform well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

·    Strong communication skills and a positive approach to feedback and teamwork

·    A self-starter mindset with sound judgment, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented attitude

Qualifications

·    3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related creative role

·    A portfolio or demo reel that showcases a range of motion and video work (required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered)

·    Bachelor's degree in Film, Graphic Design, Animation, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
