Responsibilities:
- Solution Deployment & Lifecycle Management
- Manage and automate solution deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure version control and proper branching strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement and manage security roles, field-level security, and access controls within Dynamics 365.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
- Monitor and audit system access and usage.
Platform Engineering & Support
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to support solution design and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors.
- Maintain platform health, perform upgrades, and manage service updates.
- Automation & Scripting
- Develop PowerShell scripts and use Azure CLI for automation tasks.
- Integrate Azure DevOps with Git repositories and automate build/release pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, systems support, or infrastructure management.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation and management.
- Experience with Power Platform CLI, Solution Packager, and ALM best practices.
- Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Dataverse security model.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, role-based access control (RBAC), and conditional access policies.
- Understanding data security and access patterns across Power Platform and Azure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, AZ-400, DP-600).
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and custom connectors.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Application Insights or Azure Monitor
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 data with analytics or reporting platforms.
