Responsibilities: 

  • Solution Deployment & Lifecycle Management 
  • Manage and automate solution deployments across development, test, and production environments. 
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. 
  • Ensure version control and proper branching strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions. 
  • Security & Compliance 
  • Implement and manage security roles, field-level security, and access controls within Dynamics 365. 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards. 
  • Monitor and audit system access and usage. 

Platform Engineering & Support 

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to support solution design and delivery. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors. 
  • Maintain platform health, perform upgrades, and manage service updates. 
  • Automation & Scripting 
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and use Azure CLI for automation tasks. 
  • Integrate Azure DevOps with Git repositories and automate build/release pipelines. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, systems support, or infrastructure management.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform. 
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation and management. 
  • Experience with Power Platform CLI, Solution Packager, and ALM best practices. 
  • Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Dataverse security model. 
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, role-based access control (RBAC), and conditional access policies. 
  • Understanding data security and access patterns across Power Platform and Azure. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, AZ-400, DP-600). 
  • Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and custom connectors. 
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Application Insights or Azure Monitor
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 data with analytics or reporting platforms.
