The Vice President of Experiential Marketing sits within the Client Organization in Citi’s Marketing and Franchise Development group. Their mission is to bring U.S. Consumer Cards products to life through powerful, engaging experiential creative, supporting Citi’s mission of enabling growth and progress.
This strategic professional leads experiential marketing strategy and execution for Citi’s full US consumer credit card portfolio, including proprietary and co-branded offerings. They partner with product, media, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement, supporting Citi’s “full wallet” ambition. This individual champions differentiated experiential creative, ensuring Citi’s cards stand out competitively while maintaining brand cohesion. Strong communication and diplomacy are required to guide and influence stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, policy formulation, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of results.
