Job Summary**

As a Senior Solution Engineer at Parametric Technology (Shanghai) Software Co. Ltd., you will be a critical technical resource, responsible for demonstrating the value of our solutions to prospective and existing clients. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to understand customer needs, tailor presentations, and drive successful software adoption.

Job Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for various stakeholders, from technical users to executive leadership.
* Develop and deliver tailored solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes to showcase the value and capabilities of PTC's software offerings (e.g., CAD, PLM, ALM, IoT, AR).
* Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, including answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections.
* Participate in technical discussions with customers to identify integration points, data migration strategies, and deployment considerations.
* Gather customer feedback and requirements to contribute to product development and improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and PTC's evolving product portfolio.
* Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute to the development of best practices and technical collateral.
* May involve occasional travel to customer sites or industry events.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
* Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
* Demonstrated expertise in at least one of PTC's core product areas (e.g., CAD, PLM, ALM, IoT, AR) with a willingness to learn others.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
* Experience with cloud-based solutions and enterprise software deployment methodologies is a plus.
