Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business & technical requirements
  • Support EDI/API integration projects from testing through implementation
  • Create functional specs, process documentation, and test cases
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and go-live activities
  • Partner with developers to deliver reliable, supportable solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Analyst experience
  • Experience with EDI/API integrations
  • Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred
  • Knowledge of XML, flat files, and EDI standards
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • SDLC knowledge
  • ServiceNow / ITIL experience
  • SQL experience
  • AI/GenAI workflow automation experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office

$85,042.00-123,650.00 per year

This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
