About the role

We're looking for a Portfolio & Listings Manager to take full ownership of our global spares range. You’ll ensure every spare is correctly identified, maintained, and listed—ready and available when and where the customer needs it. Your mission: maximise precision, minimise gaps, guard against duplication, and drive process excellence so our customers can always find and receive the right part. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Global Spares Portfolio Ownership 
    Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all spare parts, from introduction and classification to discontinuation. Ensure listings reflect current product ranges and service requirements across all regions. 

  • Data Integrity & Listings Accuracy 
    Oversee timely and accurate creation, maintenance, and de-listing of spares in all systems and sales channels. Set and enforce high data quality standards: naming, attributes, compatibility, imagery, and documentation. 

  • Optimise Portfolio Performance 
    Use data to identify slow-movers, gaps, or redundant listings. Drive regular reviews to keep the range lean yet complete, balancing availability with operational efficiency. 

  • Parameter Management 
    Adjust portfolio and listing rules (e.g., cross-region compatibility, substitute logic, attribute standards) and coordinate with functional and market teams for smooth implementation. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration 
    Liaise with engineering, supply chain, digital, and local markets to ensure listings meet evolving customer needs and compliance requirements. 

  • Customer-Centric Process Improvement 
    Continuously improve portfolio and listing processes to ensure seamless customer journeys—delivering the right spare, at the right time, in the right place. 

 

About You 

  • Experienced in product portfolio, master data, or catalogue management within a global, multi-channel environment. 

  • Detail-obsessed, process-oriented, and comfortable with complex data sets and digital tools. 

  • Adept at stakeholder management, with a clear communication style. 

  • Curious, always seeking to improve, standardise, and future-proof. 

  • Relentless in pursuit of accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
