What You’ll Do:

Dispatch the Placing Equipment Operators to assigned jobs and provide effective customer service and support for the Placing Department by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as fellow team members within the Placing, Customer Service, and Dispatch Departments.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & assign operators to pours throughout the day

  • Dispatch operators to assigned jobs

  • Assist operators with problems as they arise.

  • Communicate with customers by phone and enter data into computer system.

  • Solicit future orders from customers and enter into computer system.  

  • Negotiate with customers an acceptable delivery time based on equipment and availability.     

  • Document customer complaints and forward to Placing Services Manager and/or Sales Representative.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficient computer and data entry skills for entering orders, knowledge of Command Data System preferred.

  • Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and surrounding areas.

  • Communicate in a positive and helpful manner with a variety of customers and operators.

  • Ability to read and understand maps.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.                         

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three to five years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.                         

  • Must read, write and speak English.

  • The candidate must be able to perform basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.                                   

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

  • The candidate must have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • The candidate must have the ability to apply basic computer skills.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
