About the Role
The jobholder is responsible for driving High Net Worth (HNW) customers' sales growth through handling the premium financing case management and supporting relevant workflows. He / She also helps to provide strategic insights backed by data and develop relevant tools / reports to measure sales performance and campaign effectiveness.Roles and Responsibilities:
Premium Financing Support
Handle the premium financing arrangements from identifying bank partners, developing the workflow, to the day-to-day case management activities
Handle premium financing enquires from distribution channels
Perform internal governance control and prepare sales tracking reports
ULB & HNW Strategy Support
Support the development of sales & marketing strategies to achieve growth in both market share and financial performance for HNW & Unit-Linked businesses (ULB)
Work with sales teams to develop sales tools and channel forecasts to achieve targets in ANP, case count, producer count and other KPIs determined from time to time
Perform in-depth analysis to generate business insights that help formulate sales strategies
Support ULB and other proposition development projects and the development of business case
Deliver tracking reports that leads to action to achieve sales target, providing timely information for sales teams to support their business development
Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
University graduate plus 3-4 years’ experience in HNW and/or ULB
Solid experience in managing premium financing cases and workflow
Strong capabilities in performing data analysis and generating business insights
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Sound knowledge on insurance products, wealth management solutions and the HNW segment
Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
You are required to obtain relevant licence(s) if your job involves regulated activities
