Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended goals. You will coordinate activities to align with project timelines and quality standards, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and facilitating communication among team members to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications by managing development schedules and resources effectively.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize software development and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to custom software development.
- Ability to work with various development tools and platforms to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect custom solutions with existing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software engineering tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
