Job Summary:

As a licensed therapist at our new Center for Integrated Mental Health and Addictions Care on our Fridley Campus, you will find an environment that fosters your professional growth and well-being.

At our specialty center, licensed therapists (LICSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs), you will be part of a team comprised of psychiatry, mental health professionals, and nursing supporting the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program resulting in the best possible care to your adolescent patients and the community. Along with care team support, your patients will have access to community-centered programs housed within the specialty center.

As a licensed therapist, in the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program within our specialty center, you will provide unparalleled counseling for your assigned patients and facilitate group psychotherapy.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

  • Complete a diagnostic assessment that meets the requirements of regulatory agencies and create a treatment plan per department process.
  • Reassess patient and progress in treatment.
  • Meet requirements of third-party payers, including seeking authorization.
  • Review treatment plan with patient and family if appropriate, at regular intervals.
  • Initiate referrals to other providers and agencies when appropriate.
  • Coordinate discharge planning.
  • Provide individual and group therapy as identified by the treatment plan.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mental Health or related field required
  • Pre-licensed candidates are welcome to apply
  • 2+ years in licensed practice preferred
