We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join Enbridge’s Edmonton based Engineering Records team.

This position provides you with the opportunity to lead projects/initiatives with high visibility to senior leadership by overseeing the migration of our current record collection into a centralized repository. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pipeline industry, strong training and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development of a records management system search platform to enhance its search capabilities.

• Lead the reconfiguration of the records repository to improve its functionality and performance.

• Lead the migration of legacy record collections into a centralized repository.

• Develop data visualizations to track database health and turnover metrics.

• Develop and optimize copilot agents or other AI agents to enhance user experience and productivity when finding records.

• Develop a process to support spare asset record turnover.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Who You Are:

• Hold a technical degree in engineering OR technical degree/diploma in computer science/engineering.

• Minimum 6 years’ directly related experience within the pipeline industry, OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience

• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills working collaboratively with a wide variety of collaborators and subject matter experts.

• Experience using analytics software, including SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Visual Investigator, or Microsoft PowerBI.

• Working knowledge of content management systems.

• Technical knowledge of engineering regulatory and compliance requirements and asset information associated with an operating pipeline is preferred.

• Working knowledge of operations, construction, engineering design, asset maintenance, and process safety as they relate to records management and construction drawings is preferred.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is preferred.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.

• Approximately 10% of travel may be required to field offices, business offices, or conferences within Canada and the U.S. Valid passport is required.
