Description:

We are looking for a  Senior Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, payments, and controls

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments in compliance with local regulations

  • Manage payroll-related requests and issues via ServiceNow ticketing system

  • Prepare, analyze, and control payroll reports

  • Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law, SGK, İŞKUR, and tax regulations

  • Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments; build strong and collaborative working relationships

  • Support audits and internal/external payroll controls

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • 2-3 years proven experience in payroll operations

  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, SGK, İŞKUR, and payroll-related tax legislation

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is  strong plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
