What you’ll be doing
As the Director, Marketing Activation Pods, you will be at the forefront of CIBC’s marketing transformation—leading two high-performing, cross-functional pods focused on delivering personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns and experiences. You’ll champion agile methodologies, foster innovation, and help design a scalable model for future ways of working within the Marketing organization.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Modernization, you will collaborate with technology, product, data, and creative partners to accelerate the delivery of omni-channel marketing initiatives. Your leadership will ensure seamless activation of client campaigns, ongoing process improvement, and the evolution of agile marketing practices across the bank.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
