Project Description:
Work as an entry level engineering analyst doing tasks spanning all aspects of the M&D Center which may include model development, making process improvement recommendations, supporting requests from operations and maintenance. Through practical field experience and mentoring, successful candidate will gain significant professional confidence and people skills.
Work with the Engineering staff to support the M&D Center. Work as an entry level engineering analyst doing tasks that support the tools, programs, and databases used to perform various monitoring tasks such of the generating fleet. Through practical operations experience and mentoring, a successful candidate will gain significant professional confidence and people skills.
This will be opportunity starts in January 2025. The candidate should be able to work 30-40 hrs./wk during the summer and ideally 10 -20 hrs./wk. during a school semester. Note that there is a significant amount of flexibility around hours during the school semester.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program, studying areas pursing mechanical or chemical engineering.
Must be a freshman or sophomore
Must have MS Office skills especially Excel experience
Must live in commutable distance to the service centers listed.
