Job Overview

  • The purpose of this role is to lead business intelligence and reporting for the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. 

Team Overview

  • The Analytics Hub serves as a central data & analytics function across the USCAN RBU and provides business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations
  • The Analytics Hub is responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in execution of their strategic priorities.
  • This individual will be an agile delivery lead for business intelligence responsible for building a US & Canada reporting strategy, creating a new offshore support model for standard dashboards and reports, and designing processes to improve quality delivery across go-to-market, delivery & operations, and business performance across all USCAN RBU business lines.

Qualifications

  • This role will build scalable analytics solutions and develop agile data visualizations to aid in data storytelling within defined scope, innovating new tools, processes, and standards
  • Experience with predictive analytics
  • AI experience
  • Providing insights to the business based off predictive analytics & data
  • Creative and innovating thinker
  • Bachelors Degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,800.00 - $190,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
