What You Will Do
Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns.
Benchmark and negotiate rate cards, package options, posting timelines, and revision policies in line with internal budgets and performance expectations.
Research and propose influencer lists for campaigns, including preparing quotations and optimizing KPIs for clients.
Execute influencer campaigns based on agreed strategies, timelines, and KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
Manage influencer deliverables across all digital platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), including coordination with third parties and maintaining strong relationships between talents and brand teams.
Liaise with internal teams to align messaging, ensure compliance, and process payments.
Collect and analyze campaign data, and prepare post-campaign KOL reports with optimization recommendations.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Proven experience in influencer marketing and communication.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
Self-starter and fast learner with a can-do attitude.
Strong workload management and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide prompt solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
