As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous engagement with evolving project needs to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver customized software components.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to align with business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI and other enterprise modules.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years of full time education is required.
