Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to drive project success within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ components to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity governance and administration.
- Familiarity with integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems and applications.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to identity management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
