Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel

• Minimum 2 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or controlling (experience in audit firms is a strong asset)

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE Edwards) is an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively

• Good command of both written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end closing processes and prepare monthly financial results in accordance with US GAAP

• Support the annual audit process in coordination with auditors and the accounting team

• Assist in the company’s budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities

• Monitor and report on KPIs, targets, forecasts, and actual vs. budget variances

• Analyze financial data and provide insights on financial performance

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management

• Execute financial controlling activities in line with Otis internal procedures and global policies
