JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: STP Senior Accountant
- Verify and process internal employee’s expense report.
- Apply PRC GAAP principles and adhere to compliance & local finance policy to ensure proper accounting treatment Responsible for query service of Concur system and answer other queries related ER from internal employees.
- Assist the line manager in preparing data analysis and reports using MS Office tools to meet management requirements.
- Support & be the point of contact for the local business units and stakeholders
- Perform full payables functions within the defined process standards.
- Ensure integrity of internal controls, in partnership with the compliance team
- Perform other assignments or special projects as requested by line manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, Certificate of Accounting Professional
- Written and verbal English fluency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools for data analysis and reporting.
- 5 plus years of AP experience inclusive of all aspects of Accounts Payable and Travel and Entertainment in a pharma industry is preferred
- Prior recent experience working in a captive SSC environment preferred.
- Familiar with concur system operation.
- Strong ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels
- Attentive to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement
- Better have hands on SAP experiences in AP module.
- Experience in finance/accounting within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is required
