As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will be responsible for contribution to our business, ensuring our products and platforms meet compliance and regulatory requirements. This position will obtain guidance from internal teams to ensure a compliant user experience. In addition, this position requires knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environments to prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with operations, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Communications skills are key to success in this role. You will work with internal and external teams to development a rapport and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge around the identity protection landscape, cyber security incident response, and/or identity protection and have experience of managing stakeholder groups and supporting change.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a strong technical or product-management environment.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product ownership, project planning, and/or data analysis.
  • Experience working with SAFe / Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel functions.
  • The ability to create fast and efficient database queries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments and build professional relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Key responsibilities include developing analysis around key product success questions; mining data, supporting teams and actual product databases to locate untapped opportunities for improvement; building business cases for tactical and larger-scale enhancements. Ability to translate in-depth knowledge of how data applies to user journeys into dashboards and story boards. Experience with prior analytics tools a plus.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Gather data to identify patterns in product performance and consumer feedback to identify business opportunities based on qualitative & quantitative insights. Includes internal and external sources like Enterprise Data Warehouse team, Consumer Operations Analytics, Consumer Marketing, UX/UI teams etc.
  • Use DBVisualizer, Tableau, Spotfire, Google Analytics, and Medallia to retrieve data, and to assess, refine, interpret, and validate findings.
  • Monitor existing product portfolio for performance on a daily and weekly basis to highlight discrepancies, performance issues and consumer experience issues including resolution support with product and technology teams.
  • Lead efforts to maintain legal and regulatory compliance to ensure the platforms we operate are compliant with all regulations.
  • Understand inter-dependencies across product performance for the business across payments, in-product consumer interaction, consumer alerts, product features performance, etc.
  • Interpret, propose, and present opportunities for development in collaboration with the Product Manager, if required.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
