Roles and Responsibilities (What you will do):
Commodity Strategy
Assess supplier capabilities and capacity based on business needs.
Execute commodity strategy and manage supplier panel to improve supply security, expand capacity, and deliver cost savings.
Support competitive bidding and sourcing decisions.
Assist with implementation of long-term supplier agreements.
Supplier Development & Relationship Management
Manage supplier relationships and development activities.
Support supplier qualification with quality and engineering teams.
Strengthen supply base capabilities to improve quality, service, fulfillment, cycle time, and cost.
Identify localization and Near Shore Development opportunities.
Support quarterly business reviews with commodity leaders.
Operational Excellence
Partner with materials management to improve supplier delivery performance, reduce shortages, support vendor billbacks, and shorten cycle times.
Drive proactive supply chain actions to ensure flexibility and capacity.
Monitor supplier KPIs, including OTD, vendor billbacks, invoice holds, and NCRs.
Project & Program Management
Work with engineering and manufacturing on NPI projects to define supply chain strategies.
Transition negotiated capacity and savings projects to fulfillment teams.
Ensure compliance with Quality and EHS standards across projects and operations.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in mandatory EHS training and events.
Follow and promote EHS rules.
Required Qualifications (What you will bring):
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or other related field
3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing
3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Negotiation
3-5 years of experience in ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
Desired Characteristics
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Access
Project/program management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business acumen
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization
Self-starter with strong teamwork and leadership potential

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $94,600.00 and $157,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
