ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must follow Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and good housekeeping guidelines.

Keep accurate and complete records as required.

Follow product specifications on a daily basis.

Minimize cost by accurately & effectively performing tasks and identifying problem areas.

Interpret daily schedule.

Verify correct UPC.

Communicate with Support Teams as needed.

Inspect looping, and sticking meets requirements.

Follow rotation schedule as outlined.

Communicate line or product issues with designated operator.

Must operate equipment and perform equipment checks as needed.

Follow all start up, shut down, and changeover procedures to ensure safety requirements are met.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Perform tasks accurately & effectively as required at each line position.

Ensure proper placement of rod in product loops for proper hanging.  Ensure proper placement of product on chain to minimize deficiencies.
